SD Hardware Ltd came to me as a Start-up with only a name and no logo.  So I started with a blank slate and a brief to start building a brand that could develop as the company grows.  The logo itself is simple with a subtle reference to an opening door to the right-hand side of the ‘H’.  I chose to use a deep red for the brand colour as there were no competitors using this colour.  It’s been great working with a company from its inception and developing the brand as the company grows.
